You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.

Product Condition

Unopened & Sealed

Items must be in their original, unopened packaging with all safety seals, shrink-wrap, and tamper-evident tabs intact.

Refund Method

Credit or Original Payment

Approved returns can be settled via THTC store credit or a reversal to your original payment method.

Exclusions

Opened/Used Items

Any product that has been opened, used, or had its seal tampered with is strictly ineligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)

Due to the medicinal and personal care nature of our inventory, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened:

3. The Return Process

Our clinical team will verify the request and issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Securely courier the item to: Centre of Advanced Medicine, Building C, Level 2, Unit C2.10.

Our lab team will inspect the product seal under magnification to ensure it has not been tampered with.

You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund within 72 hours of inspection.

Notify us within 48 hours for a full replacement or refund at our expense.
